We use Razorpay for processing subscription payments and enabling payment collection for your invoices. Razorpay's privacy policy governs their use of your payment information. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and adheres to strict security standards.
Authentication
We offer Google Authentication as a sign-in option. When you choose to sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy applies to the information they collect and share with us.
Email Services
We use third-party email service providers to send transactional and marketing emails. These providers process your email address and related metadata to deliver emails on our behalf.
Messaging Services
We integrate with WhatsApp Business API to enable invoice delivery via WhatsApp. Your phone numbers and message content are processed in accordance with WhatsApp's and Meta's privacy policies.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

- If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law
9. Children's Privacy
Q-Invoice is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@qinvoice.in.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
